GradLeaders is a SaaS provider focused on creating meaningful connections between career centers and recruiters to better match students with jobs. Their innovative career services and campus recruitment tools automate processes to help talent acquisition teams and career centers succeed.

 

Project Overview

GradLeaders launched several thought leadership campaigns to brand themselves as an expert in their arena while filling the sales pipeline. I drove these efforts by creating an editorial calendar that pertained to key industry dates and developed original content corresponding to each topic.

Additionally, I supported our sales team by writing content various sell sheets to aid team members in explaining software solutions to career centers and recruitment prospects. Typically, these materials were used during trade shows or digital versions were emailed out after prospecting calls.

Assets

The first guide was sent to students at universities leveraging GradLeaders’ software to manage their career services processes. The goal was to provide them with a clear path and tangible steps to follow when tackling the daunting task of landing a job after graduation. This resulted in a 40% increase in software engagement.
