My Approach
Inspired by the Interaction Design Foundation, I follow a research-based approach that begins with understanding my audience or end user. Design thinking is about solving problems through a holistic process.
Rather than just focusing on the words, I conduct user research, look at the competitive landscape, develop concepts, and excessively test. The end result? Experiences that are useful, successful and delightful for businesses and most importantly, the folks engaging with them.
